Thank you for shopping with Tiblaze Teia. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit
We accept returns and exchanges for unopened and unused products within 30 days upon delivery. For hygiene and safety purposes, opened, consumed or partially used herbal tea products are not eligible for return or refund. Custom orders, gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.
2. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with product and packaging photos within 7 days after delivery. We will arrange a full refund, replacement or free reshipment at no cost to you.
3. Shipping Fee Policy
If you return items for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will not cover return postage. If the item is damaged, defective or shipped incorrectly by us, we will bear all related shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment platform to complete the transaction.
5. Exchange Service
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Any price difference and return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
